Welcome to Prairie Sunset Home (PSH)! It is my pleasure to introduce you to an exciting option for high quality rehabilitation and senior living services. We are a continuing care retirement community that provides exceptional service in a home-like setting. At PSH, you will find the extensive rehabilitation and special assistance you may need, plus all the privacy and independence you still want. Our caring and qualified staff members provide compassion, competence and superior service for adults and promote a sense of greater individual freedom, peace of mind and well-being.
The team at Prairie Sunset Home is dedicated to meeting the physical health, spiritual, social and emotional needs of the residents. We encourage all residents to be as independent as possible, to maintain community contacts, to continue the pursuit of lifelong skills and interests whether the resident is here for a short rehabilitation stay or here for long term care. Rehabilitation services and activities are provided to maintain or improve the capabilities of each resident, with an emphasis on personal interests and activities.

Our private and companion (semi-private) rooms provide privacy when desired. Residents are encouraged to bring personal items, such as a favorite chair, to make your room your home. Our commons areas promote friendly socializing. We encourage personal interests and hobbies.
