Prairie Sunset Home is dedicated to promoting the health, well-being, and happiness of those who have reached the Sunset of their lives.
Vision:
Prairie Sunset Home is to operate as a non-profit organization that must rely upon the Christian Charity of the Church and community. As such, area leaders and community members have attempted to establish Prairie Sunset Home as a worthwhile object of that charity, benevolence and prayer.

The Prairie Sunset Home (PSH) Ethics and Compliance Helpline/Hotline is provided as a confidential means of communication separate from line management available to employees, families, friends, and volunteers to discuss any ethics or compliance question or concern, to seek clarification or guidance about the Prairie Sunset Home standards of conduct, or to report potential wrongdoing or inappropriate conduct in the company.
The PSH Ethics and Compliance program is designed to promote an organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct, a commitment to the Prairie Sunset Home values, and compliance with the law. Corporate Policy, Governance Policy, Ethical Business Conduct, the Prairie Sunset Home Code of Conduct, and related policies and management instructions constitute the Prairie Sunset Home standards of conduct.
Retaliation against employees who come forward to raise concerns will not be tolerated. Threats or acts of retribution against any employee for proper use of any company reporting mechanism is cause for appropriate discipline, up to and including termination.
