Contact Prairie Sunset Home today. Our friendly professionals take referrals 24 hours a day!

Dear Friends,

This letter will reach out to over 300 of our customers, families and friends.  If you are aware of someone who is considering senior living or moving into an adult care home, either assisted living or skilled nursing, please encourage them to call (620-459-6822) or visit us.  Another potential referral source comes from folks who are already in an adult care home, but do not find it acceptable or marginally acceptable.  Maybe they do not like the food.  They do not want a roommate.  The service is lousy.  The medical care is poor.  The nurses do not keep the family updated about changes in condition.  How is their staff morale?  Do they seem competent?

If the answer to any of the above concerns is YES, then please offer PSH as a better solution to their current situation.  It is a fact that making a move from one facility to another is difficult.  Once people are settled in, then most residents resign themselves to the notion that “this is just the way it is.”  They are likely unhappy and depressed.  They may suffer uncontrolled pain, weight loss and loss of physical function.  It is possible that they live every day in fear and cannot complain to anyone.  They may feel alone or lonely.  YOU could be the one to help them or their responsible resident representative.  Making a move to PSH could be a life saver for some.  Admittedly, we are not perfect, but we are much better than most!!

If you can help us reach these referrals, then it is a WIN—WIN! A win for both your friend and us.  A full house is the best way to secure our future and the level of care and service you have come to expect.  Your creative referrals are the finest compliment we can be paid.

Please call or contact Kayte Patterson or me with referrals (620-459-6822).  For information about PSH happenings, go to our FACEBOOK page.  Thank you in advance for your continued support as together we try to make Prairie Sunset Home a great place to live and work!
